Role Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our healthcare team in Kolkata. The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care, health education, and support to employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage health-related queries and emergencies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide health education and counseling to employees on various health topics, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid and basic life support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean and safe healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs for employees.
