Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Safety Consultant to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards within our beauty and personal care operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective safety protocols. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment for our employees and ensuring product safety for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with Indian safety regulations (e.g., Factories Act, relevant BIS standards for cosmetic products).
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Advise management on safety-related issues, including risk assessments, hazard control measures, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Ensure that all products manufactured and distributed meet stringent safety and quality standards, including compliance with cosmetic regulations.
- Collaborate with different departments (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics) to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of operations.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends in the beauty and personal care sector.
