Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head (B2C) to lead our direct-to-consumer sales efforts in the chemicals sector. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree, looking to make a significant impact in a growing startup environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing B2C sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative B2C sales strategies to reach target customer segments.
- Manage and mentor a small sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Oversee customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure profitable growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
