Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Security Management professional to join our team in Nasik. This role is crucial for safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our payment systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and a proven ability to implement and manage security protocols. This position is suitable for individuals with 3 to 6 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
- Monitor security systems and networks for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and data protection laws.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
