Seeking Dispatch Executive / Officer (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are looking for a diligent and organized Dispatch Executive / Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and a keen eye for detail in managing the dispatch of materials and equipment for our ongoing engineering and construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate delivery, supporting project timelines and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch of materials, equipment, and finished goods to project sites and clients.
• Prepare and verify all necessary dispatch documentation, including invoices, challans, gate passes, and transport receipts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track the movement of goods from the warehouse to the destination.
• Liaise with logistics partners, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries related to dispatches and provide timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to dispatch and inventory management.
• Assist in conducting physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
