Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our service and maintenance department in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the workshop, leading a team of technicians, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians and mechanics.
- Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repair work to ensure timely completion.
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues, ensuring accurate problem identification and resolution.
- Oversee the quality of work performed by the service team, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workshop protocols.
