Site Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Site Supervisor with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our Ahmedabad site. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams. This role requires 5 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. The Site Supervisor will ensure smooth functioning of site activities, maintain records, and support project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and report any deviations.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, and personnel attendance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the site.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Assist in the planning and execution of site-specific tasks and projects.
- Organize and manage site resources, including equipment and materials.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities for management review.
- Address and resolve minor operational issues as they arise.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures on site.
