Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor with 3-6 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to oversee and optimize our supply chain and transmission services operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and the flow of materials within the electronic components and semiconductor industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of components and services, supporting our manufacturing and R&D efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the supply and transmission services team, ensuring adherence to established protocols and timelines.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Oversee the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, including freight negotiation, carrier management, and customs clearance.
- Develop and implement efficient transmission services processes to ensure the smooth flow of information and materials between different departments and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate supply chain capacity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions or transmission service failures.
