Taxation Executive (M.Tech Required) - Kolkata

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Taxation Executive with 1-3 years of experience, holding a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree, to join our finance team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws, assisting in tax planning, and supporting the finance department in various tax-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and others.

Support the computation and filing of corporate income tax returns.

Handle tax assessments, inquiries, and audits from tax authorities.

Conduct research on tax laws and regulations, providing insights on potential impacts and compliance strategies.

Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tax filings and compliance.

Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and advise management accordingly.
