Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager (B2B) with a strong legal acumen and a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of sales strategies and legal frameworks to drive business growth and manage a sales territory effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The position is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients within the assigned territory, focusing on automotive dealerships, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, tailored to the specific needs of B2B clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal requirements, leveraging LLB knowledge.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and drive product innovation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and all applicable legal and regulatory guidelines in sales activities.
