We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager (B2C) with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and driving B2C sales within a designated territory. You will leverage your deep understanding of educational landscapes and your advanced research skills to identify market opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and lead a team to achieve ambitious sales targets. This position is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience who possess a strong academic background and a passion for transforming education through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the assigned territory to achieve B2C revenue and market share goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends within the Indian education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement localized promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
- Utilize advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex sales challenges and customer inquiries.
