UI / UX Designer

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented UI/UX Designer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Thane. This role is crucial for shaping the digital user experience of our diverse product portfolio, focusing on user-centric design driven by deep research and data analysis. You will leverage your advanced academic background to translate complex user needs and business objectives into intuitive and engaging digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user research, employing advanced methodologies and statistical analysis to uncover user behaviors, motivations, and pain points within the context of building materials and consumer goods.

Translate research findings into actionable design insights and user personas, supported by rigorous academic principles.

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.

Lead user testing sessions and analyze results to iterate on designs, ensuring optimal usability and user satisfaction.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, and relevant research fields.

Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.

Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions with clarity and confidence.
