Urgent opening for Catering Executive (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and legally-minded Catering Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage and oversee all catering operations at our Pune facility. This role requires a unique blend of hospitality management skills and a foundational understanding of legal frameworks, ideally gained through an LLB degree, to ensure compliance and efficient contract management. The Catering Executive will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene, while also managing vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement catering policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., FSSAI regulations).

Manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service delivery, and post-event cleanup.

Oversee inventory management, procurement of food supplies, and cost control measures to optimize budget utilization.

Negotiate contracts with food vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and reviewing legal aspects of agreements.

Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities and catering areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with HR and legal departments on matters related to employee welfare, vendor agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate records of catering activities, expenses, and inventory.

Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to food service and vendor contracts are met.
