Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role will be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting within the BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and a legal background (LLB) to navigate contractual and compliance aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
* Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and variances.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting trends and insights.
* Support the FP&A team in the preparation of board materials and investor relations presentations.
* Collaborate with business units to gather financial data and understand operational drivers.
* Assist in the development of business cases and financial evaluations for new initiatives and investments.
* Review and analyze contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance documents, leveraging LLB knowledge to identify financial implications and risks.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the FP&A function.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
