UX Architect

We are seeking a talented UX Architect with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), who can leverage their analytical and business acumen to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our online presence and customer interactions within the vibrant Indian gems and jewellery market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, persona development, and user journey mapping to understand customer needs and behaviors specific to the Indian jewellery consumer.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of UX designs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in the Indian e-commerce and jewellery sectors.
• Apply your M.Com background to analyze user data and business metrics to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of UX solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design best practices throughout the organization.
