2nd Engineer (B.Des Required) - Lucknow

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2nd Engineer with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our growing team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for supporting our operational efficiency and quality control processes within the gems and jewelry sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of design principles as they apply to manufacturing and product development in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and workflows for gemstone analysis and grading.

Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Contribute to the design and improvement of laboratory equipment and tools, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process manuals and design specifications.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all design and operational activities.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
