3rd Engineer (Full-Time) | Pune

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented 3rd Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a foundational understanding of financial operations and reporting. This role is crucial in supporting our engineering and operational teams by managing project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to facilitate smooth project execution and contribute to the overall efficiency of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.

Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for management.

Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety regulations.

Coordinate with various internal departments and external vendors as required.

Perform basic data analysis and reconciliation tasks related to project expenses and inventory.

Assist in the procurement process for engineering supplies and equipment.

Participate in site inspections and provide support for issue resolution.
