You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the logistics and supply chain of specialized pharmaceutical and health-related products crucial for our hospitality operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies, sanitization products, and other health-related inventory for hotel operations.

Ensure all inventory management practices adhere to relevant pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and expenditures.

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical and health-related products.

Support in developing and implementing new logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
