Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engine Fitter / Welder with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This role involves critical fitting and welding tasks for engine components, requiring precision and adherence to technical specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise fitting and assembly of engine components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Execute various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join engine parts, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and assemblies for defects, cracks, or imperfections.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or welding issues.
- Utilize problem-solving skills developed through MCA to analyze potential issues and suggest efficient solutions.
- Assist in quality control checks and documentation of work performed.
