Animator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Animator with 3-5 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative animated content to support our marketing, training, and communication initiatives. You will play a key role in translating complex facility management concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand animations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for various platforms including social media, website, internal training modules, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Design storyboards, create character designs, and develop visual assets for animations.
- Animate characters, objects, and environments, ensuring smooth motion and realistic physics where applicable.
- Edit and render animations, incorporating sound effects and background music.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, software, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
- Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new animation concepts.
