Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager (B2B) to lead our sales operations in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales initiatives, managing a sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets within the real estate sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the local market and a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with 6 to 6 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and market share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on corporate clients and institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient conversion rates.
- Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns.
