Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all non-voice communication.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., clinical operations, billing, patient services) to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, client feedback, and service performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs and market trends.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all client interactions.
