Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Customer Advocate to join our growing team at BYJU'S. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our educational products. You will act as a bridge between our users and our product/support teams, gathering feedback and advocating for their needs. This position is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate looking to transition into the dynamic ed-tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their learning journeys and address any concerns or queries.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (product, sales, support) to ensure customer needs are met.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BYJU'S products and services.
Assist in creating customer success resources and documentation.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer retention and loyalty.
