Immediate Hire: Customer Onboarding - Non Voice (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Non-Voice). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, primarily through written communication and system-based interactions. You will act as a key point of contact, guiding customers through the initial stages of service implementation and ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed accurately. This position is ideal for candidates with a Diploma and 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, looking to contribute to the water treatment and waste management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end non-voice customer onboarding process, including document verification, data entry, and system setup.
- Communicate with new customers via email, chat, and internal ticketing systems to gather required information and provide necessary guidance.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to the onboarding process, escalating complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover of newly onboarded clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to the onboarding process and customer experience.
- Assist with data migration and initial setup of customer accounts.
