Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our non-voice support team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for individuals with any postgraduate degree looking to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic BPO environment. You will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues through written communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing efficient support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer technical inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues reported by customers.
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance and solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and support procedures.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.
- Adhere to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall support quality.
