Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests/staff politely and efficiently.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (about menu items, ingredients, or potential allergies).
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to guests/staff in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
- Prepare and refill water glasses and other beverages.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
- Assist with setting up for events or special occasions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
