Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Chief Engineer with a strong business acumen to join our Rail Infrastructure division in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to contribute to strategic planning and project execution within the railway sector. You will be instrumental in supporting engineering teams with business insights, financial analysis, and market intelligence to ensure project success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for railway engineering projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Support financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into business objectives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on project status, financial performance, and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze project proposals and feasibility studies from a commercial perspective.
- Contribute to tender preparation and bid evaluation processes.
- Monitor project execution and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
