Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 5-5 years of experience in leveraging software and data to enhance operational efficiency within the industrial equipment and machinery sector. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our technical operations and advanced IT systems, driving productivity and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing and construction workflows to identify areas for technological improvement and automation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions to streamline production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Design and manage databases for tracking project progress, material usage, and quality control metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to translate operational requirements into functional software specifications.
- Implement and manage ERP/MRP systems or modules relevant to manufacturing and construction.
- Utilize data analytics to generate insights and reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all operational IT systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on new software and systems.
