Construction / Site Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Construction / Site Supervisor with a strong background in accounting and finance, evidenced by an M.Com degree, to oversee construction projects at our Vijayawada facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing financial aspects related to construction activities. This role requires 6 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress and quality, conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve any deviations from specifications.
- Manage and maintain site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
- Oversee the procurement and management of construction materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards on the construction site.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project budgets, cost estimations, and financial reports.
- Track project expenses, process invoices, and reconcile accounts related to construction activities.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget adherence for construction projects.
- Manage the financial documentation and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and compliant with company policies.
