Corporate Affairs Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs Executive to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the strategic and regulatory aspects of our real estate business. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, managing stakeholder relations, and supporting the company's corporate governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory reports and returns with regulatory bodies (e.g., Registrar of Companies, SEBI, RERA).
* Support the legal and compliance team in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, agreements, and policies.
* Coordinate board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation.
* Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with corporate law and other applicable regulations.
* Conduct research on regulatory changes and their impact on the company's operations.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and government agencies.
* Assist in managing the company's intellectual property portfolio and ensuring its protection.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate governance best practices.
* Support in managing investor relations and communication.
* Undertake any other related tasks as assigned by the management.
