Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Direct Marketing professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Bangalore. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic direct marketing campaigns to engage stakeholders and promote government initiatives and payment solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to drive impactful marketing strategies in the public administration sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven direct marketing strategies for government programs and financial inclusion initiatives.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences and their needs within the public sector.

Design and execute multi-channel direct marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, digital advertising) to maximize reach and engagement.

Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and brand consistency.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices in direct marketing, and relevant government policies.

Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to measure ROI and optimize marketing spend.
