Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes within the Pulp & Paper industry and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving operational excellence. You will be instrumental in optimizing our existing systems and implementing new functionalities to enhance efficiency and productivity across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and map them to system functionalities within the Pulp & Paper domain.
- Design, configure, and test system solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementation and adoption.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user manuals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
