This unique role is designed for individuals with a background in B.Pharma, looking to leverage their analytical skills and commitment to safety in a non-traditional, high-energy corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, leading, and ensuring the safety of various adventure sports activities for our employees in and around Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate adventure sports events, ensuring all activities align with company objectives and employee well-being.

Provide expert guidance and instruction on various adventure sports, emphasizing safety protocols and risk management, drawing parallels from pharmaceutical safety practices.

Assess participant fitness and skill levels, making appropriate recommendations for activities.

Conduct pre-activity briefings, including emergency procedures and equipment usage.

Monitor activities to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and provide on-site support.

Manage and maintain adventure sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Collaborate with HR and employee engagement teams to design engaging and beneficial adventure programs.

Maintain a high level of personal fitness and knowledge of current adventure sports trends.
