We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bosun with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our team in Indore. The Bosun will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of our pharmaceutical-related products and processes within the electrical equipment manufacturing context, focusing on materials and components that might have specific regulatory or handling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and inventory of specialized raw materials and components, ensuring adherence to storage and handling protocols.

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials, verifying compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Support the implementation and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or relevant quality management systems within the production environment.

Prepare reports on material status, quality findings, and process adherence for management review.

Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve material-related issues and implement improvements.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all material handling and quality control activities.

Contribute to process optimization and waste reduction initiatives.
