You will be instrumental in fostering a safety-first culture and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of vessels, cargo handling areas, and associated equipment.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols in line with national and international maritime regulations.
• Investigate all safety incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime safety legislation, including SOLAS and ISM Code.
• Organize and conduct safety training programs for crew and shore-based personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Advise management on safety matters and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
