Hiring: Product / Service Trainer | Bangalore | 1-2 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Product / Service Trainer to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about enabling others with in-depth knowledge of our cutting-edge products and services. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs that empower our internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions on our diverse range of products and services, tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.

Conduct hands-on training, workshops, and demonstrations to ensure a thorough understanding of product features, functionalities, and best practices.

Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance evaluations, and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery methods.

Stay updated with the latest product releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.

Collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to gather information and ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Provide ongoing support and answer technical queries from trainees post-training.
