Hotel / General Manager - Law Enforcement / Security Services (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a diligent and organized Hotel / General Manager to oversee the operational and administrative functions of our facilities in Mangalore. This role requires a unique blend of management skills and an understanding of the security services industry, catering to the specific needs of our personnel and operations. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong aptitude for problem-solving and efficient resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the assigned facility, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.

Manage accommodation, catering, and general welfare of security personnel stationed at the facility.

Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets, and manage procurement processes.

Coordinate with HR and operations departments for staffing, training, and personnel management.

Implement and enforce safety and security protocols within the facility.

Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and basic IT support.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and local authorities as needed.

Assist in managing budgets and controlling expenses for the facility.
