Implementation Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and organized Implementation Manager with a B.Com background to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our software products for clients, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to project scope and budget. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 2-4 years of experience looking to grow their career in project management within the software product industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of software products for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate and lead client-facing implementation activities, including system configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and report on status, performance, and outcomes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company implementation methodologies.
