We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our innovative team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, contributing to our company's unique employee welfare initiatives and corporate gifting programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of classic and contemporary pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and desserts adhering to quality standards.
- Develop new and exciting recipes, experimenting with flavors, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
- Ensure all baked goods meet strict quality control measures in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, FSSAI).
- Collaborate with the team to plan menus and special event offerings.
- Assist in training junior staff or interns as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in pastry arts.
