We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ship Safety Officer, ideally with a B.Com background. You will assist in maintaining and improving safety standards across our operations, ensuring a secure environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of hotel facilities, identifying potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training.
- Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for staff.
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
- Stay updated on relevant safety regulations and best practices.
- Prepare reports on safety performance and recommendations for improvement.
