The Junior Host/Hostess will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, assisting team members, and supporting various administrative and content-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support content teams with basic tasks such as organizing documents, managing digital assets, and ensuring file accuracy.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
