Junior Personal Injury role in Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Personal Injury professional with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role will focus on understanding and mitigating personal injury risks within our petrochemical operations, leveraging design thinking and user-centered approaches to enhance safety protocols and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing safety procedures and identify potential areas for improvement through a design lens.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly safety guidelines and training materials.
- Conduct user research and ergonomic assessments to understand potential injury points for employees.
- Design and prototype innovative safety solutions and interventions.
- Collaborate with safety officers, engineers, and production teams to implement design-led safety initiatives.
- Create visual aids, infographics, and documentation to communicate safety best practices effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends in occupational safety and design for safety.
