Junior QC / Lab Chemist role in BPO / Call Centre (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QC / Lab Chemist with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in quality control within a dynamic BPO environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of data and processes related to pharmaceutical product information and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality checks on documentation and process adherence.
- Perform laboratory analysis as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data validation.
- Assist in the preparation of quality control reports and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance.
- Identify deviations from quality standards and escalate issues to senior team members.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all QC activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical quality control.
