Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Head - F&B with 2-4 years of experience to lead our Food and Beverage operations. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
Develop and implement innovative menus and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to maintain high standards of service.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
