Martial Arts Teacher - Architecture / Interior Design (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Martial Arts Teacher to join our innovative team in Lucknow. This unique role is designed for individuals with a background in design, specifically a B.Des degree, who possess a passion for martial arts and understand its principles of discipline, focus, and physical well-being. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in teaching martial arts and be able to integrate these principles into our creative work environment, fostering a culture of mindfulness and holistic development among our design professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive martial arts curriculum tailored for design professionals, focusing on stress reduction, enhanced concentration, and physical fitness.

Conduct regular training sessions, adapting techniques and intensity to suit varying fitness levels and experience within the team.

Educate participants on the philosophy, history, and ethical principles of martial arts.

Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting discipline, respect, and teamwork.

Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with HR and management to integrate wellness programs and mindfulness practices into the company culture.

Ensure a safe training environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
