Oil Field Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oil Field Manager with an M.Tech degree and 1-4 years of experience to oversee and manage our oil field operations in Bhubaneshwar. This role requires a strong understanding of oil extraction processes, safety protocols, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining equipment, and adhering to all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the oil field, ensuring optimal production levels.
- Implement and enforce strict safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and maintain all oil field equipment, scheduling regular inspections and repairs.
- Manage a team of field technicians and operators, providing guidance and training.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for necessary resources and equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on field performance, safety incidents, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national petroleum industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new operational strategies.
