Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly innovative and scientifically-minded Pastry Chef to join our team in Nagpur. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development for new pastry concepts, focusing on innovative ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Apply scientific principles (e.g., rheology, thermodynamics, molecular gastronomy) to optimize pastry formulations and production processes.
- Design and execute pilot-scale trials for new recipes, meticulously documenting results and analyzing data.
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to stringent food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to scale up successful pastry innovations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in pastry arts and food science, integrating cutting-edge knowledge into product development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in pastry production.
