Power Production Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Power Production Manager to oversee and optimize power production processes within our manufacturing facility in Kolkata. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective energy generation and distribution to support our consumer electronics and appliances production lines. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Com background and 2-4 years of experience to manage operational budgets, analyze production data, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily power generation and distribution activities to meet production demands.
• Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for process optimization.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to power production.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of power generation equipment.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency, energy consumption, and cost analysis for management review.
• Implement best practices in power management and explore opportunities for renewable energy integration.
