Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Lucknow. This role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our IT services operations, leveraging advanced methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background combined with practical experience in implementing large-scale process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Six Sigma and Lean projects to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and waste within IT operations.

Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to diagnose process issues and develop data-driven solutions.

Develop and implement strategic process improvement roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Mentor and coach cross-functional teams on Six Sigma principles, tools, and methodologies.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure sustainable results.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in process improvement and IT service delivery.
