Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Lucknow. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of industrial automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, leveraging business acumen to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for industrial automation projects.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.

Track project budgets, expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Facilitate project communication and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Support in the procurement process and vendor management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
